Brian N. Hilton received a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from Claremont Graduate University in May 2004. His current research interests lie in spatial information system development, Internet-based GIS, and the use of emerging technologies in information system development.

Rupanwita Gupta is a doctoral student in the School of Behavioral and Organizational Sciences at Claremont Graduate University. She has also been a CGU Community Fellow at the Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic. Her current research interests include humans' values and behaviors towards the natural world, evaluation work and creativity.

Ben received his master's degree in social psychology from Claremont Graduate University in May 2008, and he is continuing research towards a doctorate. Ben’s interests involve the attitudes and motivations that promote active engagement in a wide array of social issues, particularly those relating to the environment. His strengths and experience includes survey design and implementation (both qualitative and quantitative), and research coordination. Ben’s background also includes training in non-profit leadership.

Lei Lei, M.S.

Lei Lei received a M.S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in 2006 and a Master of Environment Management from Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies in May 2007. Her current research interests lie in GIS and geospatial science, ecological modeling, transportation system, and Hidden Markov Models.

Jennifer L. Stokely received her M.A. in Public Policy from Claremont Graduate University in September 2008. She is currently the Executive Director of Leadership Mountain View, a community leadership development program in Northern California. She is also an Analyst for the City of Mountain View, California.
